广东外语外贸大学海外考试考点疫情防控期间入校/入场要求
根据国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《关于进一步推动新冠病毒核酸检测结果全国互认的通知》（联防联控机制综发〔2022〕81号）和广东省新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥办疫情防控组《省外发生新冠肺炎本土疫情地区来粤返粤人员健康管理工作指引（第三版）》的通知精神，为做好海外考试疫情防控工作，请所有在广东外语外贸大学考点参加考试的考生知悉并遵守以下规定：
一、做好自我监测
所有考生须注册“粤康码”并于考前7天起每日进行体温测量和健康状况监测，出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、咽痛、腹泻等可疑症状的要及时就医排查。如果旅居史、接触史或健康状况发生变化，须及时在“粤康码”进行申报更新。随时关注“广东疾控”、“广州疾控”微信公众号和“广外考试中心”官网的最新疾控提示和入校须知。
二、强化健康管理
广州市外考生来（返）穗前，请致电广州政务热线（020-12345）咨询了解相关防疫政策，抵穗后12小时内主动向社区（村）、单位、酒店、宾馆报告，并配合做好相应健康管理。在穗期间，原则上“非必要不外出”或“两点（居住点和工作点）一线”，不乘坐公交车、地铁等公共交通工具，不聚集、不聚餐。
来（返）穗考生核酸检测阴性证明时间规定：
1. 广东省外来（返）穗考生，需提供考前3天内2次（2次间隔时间超过24小时）核酸检测阴性证明（纸质版或电子版均可，下同）。
2. 广东省内考前7天内有中高风险区所在地市旅居史的来（返）穗考生，需提供考前3天内2次（2次间隔时间超过24小时）核酸检测阴性证明。
3. 除上述旅居史外的来（返）穗考生，需提供考前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
三、遵守入校要求
1. 考生抵达指定校门/考场入口时，需出示粤康码、行程卡、考前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明、与报名信息一致且有效的身份证件原件（具体详见报名官网）及纸质版准考证或确认信，现场签署《考生个人身体健康情况承诺书》，通过体温检测后方可进入考试区域。存在下列情况之一的考生不得入场参加考试：
l 粤康码非“绿码”；
l 不能出示考前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明；
l 来（返）穗考生不能出示上文规定的核酸检测阴性证明；
l 体温检测≥37.3℃，在临时医学观察点适当休息后，使用水银体温计复测体温仍然≥37.3℃；
l 在中国政府要求的强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内（最新防控政策可在“国务院客户端”小程序查询）；
l 考前7天内及考试当日，出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其他流感症状；
l 考前7天内有中高风险区旅居史（最新疫情风险等级可在“国务院客户端”小程序查询）；
l 考前7天内与已公布的确诊病例、无症状感染者活动轨迹有时空交集；
l 经大学疫情防控领导小组研判应当拒绝进入考点的其他情况；
l 身份证件不符合要求/未出示纸质版确认信。
考生填报的承诺信息要真实、准确、完整，未有瞒报、谎报、乱报或伪造信息等。如有违反，本考点将拒绝其参加考试，由此可能产生的相关法律责任由考生本人承担。
2. 请考生至少提前30分钟到达考场，确保有足够时间完成疫情防控信息填报及流调核查。
目前开放白云山校区考点和大学城校区考点（特别提请考生留意考场具体地址。校区之间交通时间约1小时，每个校区有多个校门，校门之间步行时间约15-30分钟）。考场区域实行封闭管理，入校后不得前往校园其他区域，入场后不得随意离开考场区域。
l 白云山校区考试中心考场位于广州市白云区外语学院南路云山公寓A区，不需要进出校园。
l 白云山校区国际学院考场位于广州市白云区外语学院南路国际学院，不需要进出校园。
l 白云山校区校内考场（第二教学楼、第六教学楼等）位于广州市白云区白云大道北2号，必须经指定校门（西门/白云大道北2号大门）进入校园，并沿指定路线进入考场区域。
l 大学城校区考场（教工活动中心、艺术楼、实验楼等）位于广州市番禺区小谷围大学城外环东路178号，必须经指定校门（东北门/外环东路178号大门）进入校园，并沿指定路线进入考场区域。
考点各考场分布：https://gwkszx.gdufs.edu.cn/jtzy/jtzn.htm。
送考、陪同人员及车辆不得进入考点，也不得在考点外聚集或长时间逗留。考生需在指定时间进入考点，不能以“熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求进入考点。
四、配合考场防疫
1. 考生须全程佩戴一次性医用口罩或更高防护级别口罩，仅允许在照相及身份验证时摘下口罩。
2. 考生在测温、候考、离场期间均须保持一米社交距离，严禁相互交流，同时听从考场工作人员指令，有序错峰入场、离场。
3. 考试过程中，如考生自我申述身体不适或考务人员观察到考生有身体不适现象，考务人员将对考生进行测温确认。如考生体温≥37.3℃，将按《考场防疫应急预案》处理。

广东顺德德胜学校雅思机考考点疫情防控期间入校须知
（2022年9月7日更新）
根据国家和广东省疫情防控政策，为做好雅思考试疫情防控工作，请所有在广东顺德德胜学校考点参加考试的考生了解并遵守以下规定：
一、考生须从广东顺德德胜学校3号门进入考点，并在工作人员指引下从考生专用通道进入综合楼12楼雅思考场区域。
二、考生在进入本考点时，须遵守以下要求：
1、出示或提交防疫及考试相关材料
（1）防疫相关材料：出示“粤康码”、“行程卡”，提交核酸检测结果纸质报告（时限以考生入场时间倒推）。
A：行程卡只有佛山市的考生需提交48小时内核酸检测结果纸质报告;
B：行程卡有佛山市以外城市的考生需提交72小时内2次核酸检测结果纸质报告（2次核酸检测需间隔24小时以上）。
※ 中高风险地区考生及非绿码考生，将拒绝进入考点。
（2）考试相关材料：出示准考证、与报名信息一致且有效的身份证件原件（身份证件要求详见教育部教育考试院雅思报名网站考生须知）。
2、全程佩戴一次性医用口罩，接受体温测量，保持1米社交距离。
3、按照政府相关要求及雅思机考的防疫政策，所有考生在考试当天进入考试区域前必须签署书面《个人健康情况声明》，确认考生可以参加当次雅思机考。考生须保证申报信息真实、准确、完整，并知悉将承担瞒报的法律后果和责任，以及瞒报可能对其产生其它不利影响，例如取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。
三、如果考生因为以下特殊情况不能如期参加考试：
1、在政府要求的强制隔离期、医学观察期或自我隔离期内。
2、考前7天内有发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其它流感症状。
3、考试当天因两次体温检测≥37.3度或无法出示绿色健康码、符合要求的通信大数据行程卡、核酸检测报告等原因未能进入校园。
4、考试过程中因发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或其它流感症状无法完成考试。
5、其他因疫情发展采取的相关防疫措施，经英国文化教育协会评估认为有充分合理的理由应予免费转考或全额退款的。
请及时以电子邮件形式提供就医证明至ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn申请免费转考或全额退费，已在考点《两次测温异常登记表》上登记的考生则无需提供就医证明。如在申请时遇到任何问题，请致电咨询教育部教育考试院雅思考试全国服务热线010-82345671。
四、温馨提示：
1、请考生提前到达考点，确保有足够时间完成防疫信息核验及安检等。

Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement
at Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IELTS on Computer Test

Following the instructions from Guangdong Disease Control and Prevention Center on Covid-19 prevention and control, in order to strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures after test resumption, test takers who registered for IELTS test at Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IOC Test Centre need to be aware of the following important notice:
1.Test takers should enter Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IOC Test Centre from Gate 3 of Guangdong Shunde Desheng School. Following the instructions of venue staff to go to the 12th floor in the Comprehensive Building through designated route.
- Test takers should follow the instructions as below before entering the campus:
(1) Present epidemic prevention related materials: Test takers need to present valid GHC green code and valid travelling code. Also need to provide the paper-formed report of negative nucleic acid test. (The time of NAT result should cover the time you enter the test venue.)
A: Test takers whose travel history shows cities within Foshan City need to provide the paper-formed report of negative nucleic acid test within 48-hours period.
B：Test takers whose travel history shows cities outside of Foshan City need to provide the paper-formed reports of TWO negative nucleic acid tests within 72-hours period. The interval between two nucleic acid tests must be more than 24 hours.
*Test takes from medium or high risk regions, or without green codes, will be rejected to enter.
(2) Present test day related materials: All test takes need to present IELTS admission ticket for the test of the day, and the valid original ID that you resisted with. (For detailed requirements of ID, please see the official registration website of IELTS test.)
(3) Tests takes must wear the face mark the entire time, go through temperature check and maintain 1-meter social distance.
(4)Following the epidemic prevention intrusions from government and IELTS test, all test takers need to sign the 《Candidate Declaration Form》 before entering the test venue. All test takes must ensure the declaration information to be true, accurate and complete, and acknowledge that the test takers will undertake the legal consequence and liabilities for concealing the facts as well as related negative effects that may arise, which includes but is not limited to test score cancellation and a ban on sitting the test in the future.
- If the test take is unable to take the test due the circumstances listed below:
(1) Under compulsory quarantine, medical surveillance or a self-quarantine, as specified by the Chinese Government.
(2) Have a high temperature, persistent cough, difficult breathing or other flu-like symptoms in the past 7 days before the test date.
(3) Rejected to enter the test venue on the day of the test due the reasons: temperature check is higher than 37.3 degree Celsius twice, cannot present green health code or valid travel history, cannot present valid report of negative nucleic acid test.
(4) Cannot complete the test due to high temperature, persistent cough, difficult breathing or other flu-like symptoms happen during the test.
(5) Other epidemic prevention measures that are assessed by the British Council to be deemed valid for refund or test transfer.
Please email your hospital certificate of diagnosis to ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn to apply for refund or test transfer. Test takes who have registered on the《Temperature Abnormal Form》at the test venue do not need to provide a hospital certificate of diagnosis. If you have any question regarding the application process, please contact the IELTS national call centre at 010-82345671.
- Warm Tips:
(1) Please arrive at the test venue early to ensure that you have sufficient time to go through epidemic prevention check, ID check and security check.
(2) Test takes are not allowed to talk to each other. Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to enter and leave in an orderly manner.
(3) Test takes who refuse to comply to epidemic prevention measures of the test venue will be rejected to take the test, and will be reported to the IELTS test centre.
(4) Guangdong Shunde Desheng School IOC Test Centre is located on Minxin Road, Daliang town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Please do not park on the road outside of the school as the area is monitored by the transportation police against illegal parking. Parents and non test takers are not allowed to enter the test venue.
