　　Dear Sir or Madam，

　　My name is***（Candidate No.： ****）. I took part in the IELTS test （Academic Training） on 27th April， 2013 for the purpose of pursuing the Master Degree of Economics in Hong Kong. Bearing the puzzlement of the result， I wish to reassess my test score on writing.

　　In order to see where I was in terms of English proficiency， I took my first IELTS test on 23rd February without any preparation. Then after two months hard work， I took my second IELTS test. The scores I got this time listening （8.5）， reading （8） and speaking （6.5） saw various increases compared with previous ones. However， to my surprise， the writing section was still 6， which I think I have also done a good job and would be a higher score.

　　For the past period， I have spent almost 5 hours a day to practice both the task 1 and task 2 on writing section. Moreover， I was greatly benefited from a native-English teacher on writing structure and how to improve my writing skill. After two months study， he told me that my writing skill had improved a lot. However， I still got 6 in the writing part and this really made me puzzled and frustrated.

　　Thanks for my excellent academic background； I have fortunately obtained an offer from the University of Hong Kong， which condition was to reach at least 6.5 on all four components before July. If I cannot get a satisfactory score， I will lose this opportunity to further my education at my dream school. And taking another exam is extremely inconvenient for me， so I request to remark my writing section.
